DELIVERY :

 

Exclusive and free shipments to the Canary Islands.

If you are interested in an item but your delivery address is not located in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, contact us via the email parisglamouronline@gmail.com  or contact us via whatsapp on +34 620 664 633 and we will try to offer you a solution.

TRACKING CONTROL

 

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email detailing the items purchased and their prices, shipping costs, method of payment, shipping address and tracking number provided by the carrier.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS:


You have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of the return of the item.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item (except VIP customers).


Once we receive the item, we will refund the amount to you, excluding the initial shipping charge, if any.
Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and must contain all items (labels, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment. Otherwise, the customer may be penalized up to 100% of the value of the item. Signature boxes are also part of the original product.


We do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear.
Returns are not permitted in physical stores.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?


Send us an e-mail.


- Send us an email to parisglamouronline@gmail.com so that we have proof of your return


- Indicate with the word "Return" the subject of the email. In the content of the message, indicate the order number and the item you wish to return.


Submit your article.


- Send us the article with the transport agency of your choice to the following address:

- You must make the return in the same box that you received the item, or in a new box if necessary.


- The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refund of the amount.


- The refund of the amount will be made upon receipt of the item. The refund will be effective within 5 to 7 working days after your intervention. This process may be delayed for reasons beyond our company.

Our company does not accept online changes. You must return your item by following the steps outlined above and place a new order with the item you want.
